Heat treatment specification:
1) Annealing: heating 390 ~ 430鈩?The holding time is 30 ~ 120min depending on the effective thickness of the material.Cooling with the furnace to 300鈩?at a rate of 30 ~ 50鈩?h, and then air cooling.
2) Fast annealing: heating 350 ~ 370鈩?The holding time is 30 ~ 120min depending on the effective thickness of the material.Air or water cooled.
3) Quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510鈩? air cooling;Artificial aging 95 ~ 105鈩?3h, air cooling;Natural aging at room temperature 120h
